Shipping & Delivery Policy

At LX Dubai, we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience, from selecting products to delivering them right to your doorstep. To ensure transparency and protect the rights of both parties, please review the following shipping and delivery policy:

Delivery Time

  • Inside Dubai: Delivery takes between 3–7 business days.
  • Outside Dubai: Delivery takes between 5–14 business days.

Delivery time may be extended beyond the stated periods in exceptional cases due to unforeseen shipping circumstances, product unavailability in the customer’s city, or during official holidays such as Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, UAE National Day, or any other public holidays.

Additional Shipping Fees

If the shipping destination is in a remote area or far from major cities and not covered by the contracted shipping company:

  • Free shipping may be cancelled, and additional shipping fees will be applied based on the product and delivery location.
  • The customer will be informed in advance of any additional costs before the product is shipped.
  • In some cases, the customer may be required to collect the product from the nearest shipping company pickup point if direct delivery is not possible.

Cancellation & Refusal Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • The customer is not entitled to cancel the order after 10 days from the date of placing it.
  • The customer is not entitled to cancel the order once it has been shipped.

Order Refusal:

  • If the customer refuses to accept the product for reasons other than an order error, shipping fees will be deducted from the paid amount.
  • If the customer cannot be reached after multiple attempts, the store reserves the right to cancel the order and deduct shipping fees and any additional costs.

Customer Rights Protection

  • We ensure that all products are carefully packaged to arrive in the best condition.
  • In case of any damage caused during shipping, we are committed to resolving the issue immediately after inspection upon delivery.
  • Customers are requested to inspect the product upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
  • To maintain customer satisfaction, we ensure proper handling and preparation of products in our warehouse using the best available techniques before shipping.

General Terms

  • Shipping and installation fees (if applicable) are determined based on the product type and delivery destination.
  • The store reserves the right to amend the shipping and delivery policy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
